How long does a printed order take to arrive?
We make it after you order, so there are two parts. Typically 3 to 7 business days to print and pour, then however long the carrier takes. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer. We do not control carrier delays and do not promise an arrival date; tracking reaches you when it ships. Shipping is free to addresses in the continental US (the lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can order too; shipping there is charged at checkout. There is no faster tier to buy, and we do not ship outside the US yet. There is no separate shipping page: this is all of it, and the product pages carry the rest.
What if my printed order is late?
We aim to make it in 3 to 7 business days. If we cannot ship in that time we tell you before it runs out, not after, and you choose: wait for the new date, or cancel for a full refund. If we have not shipped within 30 days of your order and you have not agreed to a new date, we cancel and refund you in full without being asked. There is no order status email or tracking page to check: ask in the Sigil Discord and we will look it up. The full wording is on the refunds page.
What does a custom sign cost?
Two sizes. Small, up to 120 mm on the longest side: $19.99. Large, above 120 mm and up to 220 mm: $24.99. Both ship free in the continental US; Alaska, Hawaii and US territories pay shipping at checkout. The editor shows which size you are in before you pay, and the price you see is the one you are charged.

What if I cannot make the design I want in the editor?
Open a ticket in the Sigil Discord and a person will help, usually within a few hours. They work through the design with you, get it past the print check, and have it printed for you.
Do the codes expire?
No. A QR code is an image that encodes your link directly. Sigil does not redirect or shorten anything, so your code keeps working forever, even if Sigil disappears tomorrow.
Do you track who scans my codes?
No. The code points straight at your link, so scans never touch our servers. That is a privacy feature, and it honestly also means we cannot offer you scan analytics.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and there is no watermark on your codes. Free codes are generated in the Sigil server: you come to us, make what you need, and take it away. It is not a trial and it does not expire.
Why can I only generate in your server?
Running Sigil costs money on every code, so free lives in one place we control. The paid plans are what put Sigil in your server or your DMs. The code you make is identical either way.
Are emoji included in the paid plans?
Yes. Paid plans come with a daily allowance for generated emoji. Animating them, and turning them into stickers or role icons, does not count against it, and neither do QR codes.
Can I use the codes commercially?
Yes. The codes you generate are yours, on any tier, including on printed and paid products.
